Our vacation home dream began with my husband Bill. He had always dreamed of having
a special place in the mountains to be with nature. Originally though his dream consisted
of buying land in the middle of the wilderness and building a yurt on it. This did
not sound the least bit appealing to me -
We chose Estes Park because of its undisturbed astounding beauty. We felt that we would be able to teach our child about the wonder of nature in away that reflected our values. We dream about one day taking our son (now 2 1/2) exploring on snowshoes and backpacking in the amazing backcountry of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Our Vacation Home Rental mission has evolved out of our frustration with trying to travel and maintain our active lifestyle in addition to having a small child. It is important to us to create an environment that other families can explore the beauty of Rocky Mountain National Park. Hotel rooms make it all but impossible to maintain family routines and parental sanity.
We hope to provide a wonderful homey atmosphere that provides the gear that families require. We have spent great time with our family and extended families in these homes and we hope that your family too will come together to share special memories in these two great houses in the amazing Rocky Mountains.
