January 2 - April $185 per night, with a two night minimum - $1150 per week.

May $185 per night, with a 3 night minimum - $1175 per week.

June - August $220 per night, with a seven night minimum - $1525 per week.

September 3 - 30 $195 per night, with a five night minimum - $1325 per week.

October $185 per night, with a two night minumum - $1250 per week.

November – December $185 per night, with a two night minimum - $1150 per week.

Thanksgiving - $210 per night, with a 7 night minimum.

Christmas Week - $210 per night, with a seven night minimum.

New Years - $210 per night, with a four night minimum.

Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th Weekend and Labor Day Weekend are all $235 per night.

Please note:

Camp Townsend has a tax of 3.7%.

Groups of 9 or more add $40

Two night rentals have a one time $40 cleaning fee.

Occasionally we can be flexible with the minimum amount of days. We sometimes offer mid-week discounts in the off-season. Please email us for details. Sorry, but we can never do one one-night rentals. We pay all cleaning fees. 50% of the rental cost is due at the time of booking the remainder is due 30 days prior. There is a $200 refundable damage deposit due 30 days prior. Please be aware rates are subject to change without notice untill booked.
